About Us

My name is Mark and here is a bit of history on how we got here. I began with providing music at hockey games and dance studios, mixing music and creating an atmosphere for all to enjoy. A number of years later, I found myself enjoying my time with my wife singing at home. This progressed to singing at Karaoke nights around town and hosting numerous in-home Karaoke parties, backyard weddings (helping out where I could), providing MC/DJ services for company Christmas parties and theme parties (80's Retro was epic!) for friends and family.

"Maybe we should start a company," we said. But then.....

Along came Todd. He took it upon himself to introduce SOT to bars, pubs, nightclubs, you name it and I finally said "I will give you your own business cards instead of using mine." I guess you could say that we adopted a brother from another mother. Todd brings to the table many years of experience managing bars and running karaoke shows. A huge addition to SOT so need I say more.
