What types of events do you provide DJ services for?

We provide DJ services for a variety of events which include but are not limited to:

  • Music/DJ/Karaoke Services

  • Home parties

  • Block Parties

  • Company Events/Christmas Parties

  • Weddings, Anniversaries, Family Reunions

  • Grad Parties, School Dances, Class Reunions

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, e-transfers, certified cheques and secure payments for Visa and Mastercard through PayPal as payment options for our DJ services.

Please note paying with credit card is subject to a 3% surcharge. Email for e-transfers is sotadmin@soundsofthunder.ca

Are you a locally owned business?

Yes, we are a locally owned DJ service here in Medicine Hat, AB. However, we have been known to travel. Our furthest location to date has been Swan River, Manitoba to provide services for a family reunion.

How quickly can I expect to receive a response from my inquiry for your services?

We understand the importance of timely communication and pride ourselves in responding quickly to inquiries. We value your time and want to make your experience with us as smooth as possible. That is why we make it a priority to respond to all messages within a few hours. We have had instances where we were contacted because of a DJ "no show" emergency and a quick response is key in this situation. We want to make sure your event goes as planned, whatever the situation.

Do you offer DJ services for corporate events?

Yes, we specialize in providing DJ and MC services for corporate events, such as Christmas and New Years parties, and Grand Openings. For these or any other corporate event, we can accommodate you.

Do you have the type of equipment I would need for my event?

We have a number of combinations of equipment that we can set up in any venue for any occasion. From back yard parties to large halls, from karaoke shows to dances, we can handle it all. Our light show is impressive and we are very strict on our quality of sound. The experience we can create for you with our equipment will not disappoint.

What does your DJ service cost?

Our cost varies on a case by case basis. It is dependent on the size of the event, type of event, equipment needs and the amount of time you require for your event.
